I am Vinay Igure and this is my blog on technology, product development, product management, and general issues of living in a technology saturated world.
I currently work at FINRA as Director of Product Management, leading the Natural Language Processing platforms, including LLM products. Previously, I worked at Capital One as Director of Product Management, working on AI/ML platforms powering Conversational AI and Recommendation Engines. Prior to that I worked at Content Analyst Company (acquired by kCura) as Senior Product Manager. I also worked at Frontline Test Equipment (acquired by Teledyne Lecroy) working on developing network protocol analyzers. I earned my MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of Virginia , and my BE from SJCE, Mysore, India. I have worked on a wide range of technologies: AI/ML, network security, network protocol analysis, medical imaging, analog and digital IC design.
